Featured Development

There are a wide variety of developments in St. Louis city today, including new construction, and adaptive reuse of older buildings. Downtown St. Louis is seeing a loft boom while some older city neighborhoods are gaining condominium and apartment projects. Check back here for an in-depth look at a few of these.

First occupied in April of 1869 as the St. Louis County Insane Asylum, the St. Louis State Hospital had recently undergone a complete exterior restoration in 1999 at a cost of $900,000.
